gateway inn haunting - no dialog with Arara (bug?)

Despite killing that ghost and being resent by Angaredhel to Arara Uvulas, I have no dialog option with her about ghost haunting. Her disposition is at 100.

Any ideas ?
Maybe it's because I killed that ghost before talking with Angaredhel first ?

Eventually, is there a way to reset this quest to the beginning using console commands ?

With some help of folks from official forum, I've solution to my problem (in case some of you will have it):

open console and click on Arara Uvulas.
Type addtopic "gateway haunting"

That's all. I suppose it's better to talk with Angaredhel before dealing with ghost.
