I just got this game yesterday, and I want to join the old camp, and have been trying to do so for many hours now. I have challenged Kahrim, and the other guy (forgot his name), got my own crib, kicked Muds ass, have gotten the list from Ian in the mines, stole some ore from Whisper, found Nek, and Im also lvl 6 now. What else do I have to do? |

check your journal; see what quests are not "completed" yet. Talk to Thorus again and pester him about getting a quest from him, his vote will help you with Diego.

the only task that has anything to do with the old camp thats not completed is Shafs recipe. Does that have anything to do with it? |

No, I dont' think so; however, I recommend you finish it for the exp..also it will remove the quest from the current missions list..
Have you talked to fingers?? Done the quest for the Broadsword ???? I think that's Sly.. where you buy the sword from Fisk?

Guys, who gives the quest to get the sword from fisk?? I can't recall..

The shadow named Whistler gives that quest. And if you do want to join the Old Camp, then stealing his ore is a really bad idea. That's one less voice in your favor in front of Diego, and a missed opportunity for experience to boot. Here's a hint: Always value experience over ore. There's a whole sea of ore out there, but experience is, by and large, much more limited. |

Diego will not speak about test until you will speak with Thorus about certain things.

Yea, I have completed the test as far as I know. He sent me to Ian in the mines to get a list of things they needed. I got it and handed it to Diego. Still no luck. I dont know what to do from here. |

There should be a dialog option with Diego that goes like this: HOw is my esteem in the Camp. Those aren't exact words; but after asking this to Diego, he will tell you what everyone thinks about you. He will tell you what quests have been done, and what hasn't been done. He will then say that you have finished the Test and to go see Thorus. Double check your log if this dialog doesn't happen.
