Esm master files
   

I had read that even though the help file says you can create a master file that They actually removed that from the final release. Is that true? Can you only create pluggins or do people just not know how to create a master file?

You can apparently create your own ESM but you have to import each item and texture. There is a thread about a hacked ESM that has all the items but no other stuff.
