When I press the "B" key on the keyboard the display shows magic then says "NO"
I have the spell ready but when I hit the Ctrl + up arrow the spell doesn't work do I have to learn how to use magic and if so where do I learn

There are two ways how to use magic:
- scrolls
you do not need to learn something, you just buy or find scroll, equip it as normal weapon
slots are reserved:
1 : melee
2 : bow
3 : crowwbow
4 - 0 : spells
But you must have enough max. mana points to use scroll.
When you cast spell from scroll, you use it and it desapeare from your inventory
Runes
You must learn magic for using them. Every rune requires knowledge of some circle of magic. There are 6 circles, that you can learn.
You equip them in same way as scrolls.
But runnes doesnt desapeare, you can use them so many times as you wish.
If you join Old Camp, you will be able to use (learn) magic at the end of 2nd chapter (I think), in same moment, when you will be able to become guard.
I thing, that in NC is magic avalaible as soon as you join them and I do not know, how it goes in Sect camp.
But I think, that if you want to be mage and achieve 6th circle, learn bow, join OC and save some exp. points for that moment, when you will able to learn magic.
