I have a problem creating the Fireball Rune

Although in the 2nd Circle and in the book from the Monastery Library it's specified that I need a rune stone and a pitch to create a fireball rune, I can't seem to be able to do it.
I have the ingredients, but I keep getting the message "You don't have the necessary ingredients".

Can someone please tell me what's wrong? 10q.

you need a fire ball spell scroll... you would know that if you read the whole passage and not just the ingredients in the book
