From time to time hunting with the bow is ok and also necessary. I killed only a few orcs with bow or crossbow from that safe position on the ram, but somehow is not fair to kill them all from there, and I think it would be very boring. The claw is marvellous and very effective and fun fun fun! |

hehe that ram has a bug
if you stay close to it, the orcs won't be able to attack you (they will only threaten you from a small distance away) so you can melee slice and dice them with your sword and make orc sausages out of them, even at level 10 |

Well once an orc managed to climb the ram in a game of mine, he managed to jump on a wheel and was in range to attack me, luckily he fell off and got stuck. It was scary however, I was standing like "haha, you can't hit me" and suddenly "holy f*ck, where's my sword?!" _________________ "Who are we to call this planet Earth, when it's clearly Ocean."

I don't know I think it's better in ch 5 with wave of ice THEN rain of fire. But then I like playing a mage with 300+ spell points and seeing the looks on their faces. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

I am experimenting often with magic, many effects are looking very impressive. But it happens, that I do not save the game, when there are too many victims. I am afraid, that the game would be over too quickly. I never finished Gothic in less than 120 hours. |

Unfortunately I am too greedy, must pick up everything , climb every mountain, that takes time ...
... but I needed those many hours also for Gothic 2 with Addon. |

Well, I seem to have a little bug with wave of ice because it doesn't freeze anything worthwhile in my games, no orcs, lizardmen etc. So Rain of Fire for me. _________________ "Who are we to call this planet Earth, when it's clearly Ocean."

Yeah, sometimes if they running at you it misses them but catches most of them. I think I figured out the problem, is it starts a bit away from you, so if they are right on top of you, it doesn't work. Try casting a tad earlier. You might find you're catching more of them. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

Hmmm, that might be the problem, I'll try it. _________________ "Who are we to call this planet Earth, when it's clearly Ocean."

While I was going around the castel and I was jumping to avoid the orcs I don't remember where exactly I pressed the alt and I found myself into sky flying with the birds and felling down. When I hit hte ground I didn't die.And the orcs didn't start to chassing me _________________ (Firefox_Mythos)(Παντος)Reaperfox(Ρουβαλης)Tezafox Katsaridoktono(Ντουσικος)Che(Ταγαρης)Crusader(nokos)shadowfox(Μηχελης)aquafox(Στελιος)thunderfox_gomos(Γιωργος) |

Favorite thing to do, hmm. It would have to be killing waves of orcs while exploiting the ram bug and laughing in their faces as they sit there taunting you. But one did manage to break past the "barrier"(heh, heh) and as I ran away he broke off again. Another thing I like to do is play my paladin with the powerful destroy evil spells, wait until the orc is about to hit you with his sword, then cast it and watch as it looks like his sword's weight made him fall over. |
