Hello, just found this page, nice listing of Ultima projects, hopefully this project
I'm in support of will be added to the official list. It's the 1996 client of uo, never released to the public except for a small number of testers given a login/pass in April and May of 1996. The client, unknown to many, has a small map, and had differing graphics, yet it was very fun.
Note, the original uo team re-built uo from scratch after they built this client; this 1996 client was abandoned and is unsupported except by the current programs that have been built specifically for this project to open a free public multiplayer version of this client. It in no way is compatible with the modern version of uo or even the 97 version for that matter.
For updates on where the project is today please visit these websites dedicated to this project which has existed since at least 2001, that's a number of years and yet this community hasn't noticed it's existence, anyway, I hope support will be found here.
