Hrm.
You follow the road from Akil's farm, through those nasty woods, until you see that strange stone formation on your right (there's a ring there, don't remember which). It's before you take the steps leading up to the patch of wood where Dragomir's crossbow lies. Well, right there, turn to the left and go off the path. There should be a clearing with lots of (dead) skeletons lying around, and a couple of lizards. There should be a cave there, whose entrance is barred. And there's a lever too.

There is nothing special inside.But if you want to open it anyway you have to use "molrat fat" and when it opens you get some experience.

Vino is a peasant at Lobart’s farm.
If I remember properly, militiaman Martin (at the harbour) is selling that "Molrat‘s fat".
