well i cant kill the orc warrior in chapter 3 i have 1h mastery and have a stone crusher 37 dmg, and the baal guy wont help me kill him all he does is wait till i die(very quickly) then attacks the orc warrior grrr!!!!!!!! HELP

Yes, I had same problem with AI of this baal guru - everytime waits until I die and then he starts to fight.
I was really angry about it.
Orcs are difficult enemies. This one (only one orc warrior in Orcs Cemetary) I killed from plotform that is around room where he is standing.
You can get on this platform at the end of this room. After that you can kill him with bow.

I had the same problem.
I ended up using a fireball to take him down.

I would suggest having two-handed weapon skills (and a two-handed sword) when going up against an Orc. You are asking alot out of any weapon that does only 37 damage when going up against an Orc.
