Ebony Mine LOST ONE

Ok when I made on of my brief looks the Guide Book I bought and locked up a month ago I metioned a Lost Ebony Mine. Also said was near Balmora. Ive made a Large circle walk all the way north of caldera and East to the Fort and West to coast still cant find the thing. Any one come across this?

Directions (Spoiler)

Exit Belmora from the gate to the right of the sith transport. Head south to the Egg mine where there are two miners taking a break. There is a narrow bridge crossing the river. cross the bridge stay on the trail until it makes its first turn. Using your map leave the trail and go east. It isn't too far from the trail and is surrounded by some pillar type rocks. There are some other pillar type rocks to the northeast that can throw you off. If you get stuck head back to the bridge and try again.
