Menta Nu(?) the Deadroth Monarh? Where?

Ok, so I got this request from the Molag Bal statue in Yansirramus shrine, on an island west of Sadrith Mora. He tells me to kill the Deadroth monarch, Menta Nu. Or Menta Na, not sure. trouble is, I wasn´t able to here where this guy is supposed to be, and the splendid

journal isn´t very informative either. So if anyone got some ideas where he is, please help. The statue mentioned some dungeons or caves, but the name of them, I couldn´t figure out...
