Whats the exact order to kill the dragons? Edit: Also....anyone have a list of trainers? To be exact, I'm trying to find the master trainer for crossbows.

there is no precise order, most people do swamp, stone, fire, and ice, cause that's the order oric tells you, but I've done ice first, and nothing goes wrong in the game.
Master Crossbow trainer, you may have to wait until the start of chapter 6. Ask someone you've brought on the boat, one of them will train you to 100.

I killed the Ice dragon as the first oen too but there is a known bug that it could mess up things, but it is in the order as oric tells you if you want to do it in the "right order" MMM master crosbow? check the castle or the Dragonhunters
