I finished the game THRE times, found a lot of useless items, 5 chronomans, but i stell didn't find out how to became an lv6 magician!

Become a Water Mage. Train to the 5th circle. Then go to Xardas and he will give you the option to train to the 6th circle.

he gives me the option when?
cause i finished the game as lvl 5 water mage and i didn't get any traning from xardas |

I got the option after I had gotten to circle 5 in chapter 5, I believe. I wasn't able to take advantage of it until later though when I had enough skill points.

If i remember well he gives you the oportunity after you Uriziel and you return to him. He says something about studing it and you say that it's time to take a better armor (he sents you in his older tower now half-sinked)... or maybe after you retur from the old tower

...or had you to pay for the others circle however?

Maybe he spent the points on skills other than magic...
And about the magic, he trains you after you return from the Orc Temple (after getting Uriziel and finding out the 5th Shaman to be immortal).
