cannot install. keep asking for this file

'data3.cab' is on the second CD.
(it contains the speeches)

i had that prob too, after it asks for data3.cab u put in second cd and it asks for data4.cab which (i anyway) could not find, after cleaning my cd w/ soap + water it installed just fine (exept one thing which is why im here now, damn mss32.dll file)
