This is the woman who killed 7 persons two of them were ordinators she slit their troaths now you know???

The one in Vivec?
The woman is skulking around the Underworks of the Vivec Foreign Quarter. For those you are Vivec-challenged (as in you can never find anything in Vivec), you can get to the Underworks through the Canalworks. And the canalworks can be accessed through the Lower Waistworks. All of this is, of course, in the Foreign Quarter of Vivec.
