*crying* pressing enter doesnt help, still resets to miles (all other sound options save changes) i still cant hear the people talk and ive run out of ideas, gonna email pirahna bytes or whatever. wish me luck!

and no i will not settle for no talking, id settle for no music and maby no sound fx, but they did the talking (speeches) realy well in this game. game just wouldnt be the same without "get back here you pussy" when i run away after loosing a fight horribly

i feel like im beating a dead cat here but..

omg, just realized something very wrong w/ my game (takes me awhile im slow)
in my gothic folder, the system file, (that i threw aside when messing w/ demo files) is empty!, everything that belongs in that system folder, is in windows/system. i find this to be gaaaaay.

can someone tell me what files + folders are in the main gothic folder. i have data , _work , system , vdfs.cfg , vdfs.dmp , readme.htm , *data.cab , *current , *saves

* = might be from demo

Rabbidmonkey..

If you got it to work please post how. I have the same identical problem.

Demo worked fine, game will not load because of mss32.dll error.
