Gothic Movie - Yes Or No!!

Who thinks Gothic should be turned into a 2 hour full length movie? I think it would be kicka**, it's got one of the best storylines ever. It could be the next Lord of the Rings .So who agrees with me??

No, he's just being realistic. Fantasy movies - unless they bear the 'LotR' tag - aren't exactly selling. The people who made the game won't have the money to invest in such a movie, so someone would need to buy a movie license first.

hehe, I didnt mean a full length, go-pay-money-in-the-theatre type movie when I voted
I meant I'd like to see my entire game, played out in CG, minus all my reloads and mistakes, full length for me to enjoy. Like a finished product

Full-length Gothic movie? That would be very difficult to market indeed, especially as a medieval fantasy movie. How many blockbusters from that genre in the western film history anyway?, and think about what difficulties & risks Peter Jackson had gone through for LOTR...
