How long til we ship off?

Lord Hagen is taking a long time for his supplies, is there some way I can help speed him up?

hmmm...
I guess I'll be taking over that ship then, what do I have to do to get the recruiting quest started...I already got the Tears and read the almanac

Read the map to Ildorath. This should start the quests to find captain and crew. If not talk to Pyrokar and Hagen.
