Has anyone EVER found anything other than.... |
|
Bonemeal inside an Urn???
I'm just curious because I have this nasty habit of opening every single urn I see *just in case* there's something else inside. It's a habit I'd be more inclined to break if I knew there wasn't anything else to be found in them.
Not many uses for bonemeal anyways. I already have telekinesis potions up the wassu ... I'm also carrying like 3 tons of the stuff LOL. |

I found a ring that had constent effect for resist of 30% Frost, 30% Fire, and 30% Shock. This was in a Urn that had a unique name.
If your real nice to me, buy me flowers and a Baby Ruth candy bar I'll tell you where I found it. Well, okay I don't need the flowers but I would like the candy bar. |

i've found different folks ashes & bones (atleast i think i found this thigh bone in an urn). also, the urn containing the ring, if i am remembering correctly, was locked. so...if you come across a locked urn it is worth opening. _________________ "The origin of things, if things have an origin, cannot be revealed to me, if revealed at all, until I have travelled very far from it, and many revolutions of the sun must precede my first dawn. I read the sad story about Lord Brinne the other day, but I dunno know if the ashes were in a urn. After getting the background story to that, I´ll put his ashes to rest in a nice place somewhere in Vvardenfell... _________________ CaptainWorshipperNonFlamer

I threw the ashes out somewhere as soon as I found out about that story. That's just gruesome. _________________ Great minds don't think alike, they think creatively. |

Yeah it´s tragic... But a nice way to honor someones memory I think. I´d rather play sidekick in lots of games than just rot away six feet under. _________________ CaptainWorshipperNonFlamer

Apparently, he was a guy that were a lot on different forums some time ago. And this guy had a lot of knowledge about RPGs, and always willing to help. Then suddenly he commits suicide about a year ago, and since then, his ashes/grave/something has turned up in different CRPGs... As an act of respect. _________________ CaptainWorshipperNonFlamer

Yes. I talked a lot of times with him. He was an expert in everything that had to do with hardware, and there was not a question he wouldn't or couldn't answer. He was very nice and many of us felt his departure very deeply. I've found shrines and tombs in his honor in U9, M&M8, Morrowind and some other game I can't remember now. Probably Wizards and Warriors.
BTW where are his ashes in Morrowind?

They are in the same place as the Mentor's Ring. Follow the coast due west of Seyda Neen and find a tomb. Only has 2-3 ghosts in it (remember you silver/magic weapons if you just started (or magic spells)).
If I remember correctly the ring in in a chest and the ashes and the key to the chest are in an urn.
Hope this helps _________________ "The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds; and the pessimist fears this is true."
