Sacred: Review @ Boomtown
Boomtown has <a href="http://pc.boomtown.net/en_uk/articles/art.view.php?id=6080" target="_blank">reviewed</a> 'Sacred', awarding a score of 7/10. Here's their opening observation:<blockquote><em>If you’ve ever felt RPGs suffered from just a little too much actual role-playing then Sacred could be just the hack ‘n’ slash adventure for you.
<br>Sacred is descended from a long line of hack and slash games whose lineage has included such notable title as Rogue, Diablo and Dungeon Siege – in which hitting stuff very hard for extended periods of time takes precedence over more cerebral role-playing staples such as, err… role play.</em></blockquote>
