Just Plain TES Dumb

Okay, now I've read the manual for the TES, but it still dumbfounds me.

I don't mean to be whiny or anything, but could someone give me a quick rundown of how to work it for both in and out of game activities? Just the basics.
I'll be your best friend.

well, i need a new best friend..... but anywho, what do you mean TES, do you mean the Editor? or the basic game commands?

If it's the editor i've figured out how to do a few things, (i've made a house and done a real basic NPC with script)
