Help with MW!! A technical problem:

Help!! I am having difficulty with MW!! While playing the game the NPCs will randomly "lose" limbs!! I will talk to them and all of a sudden an arm or leg will disappear! When I move the arm might reappear or a leg will disappear it seems totally random! When I TAB to third person, I am sometimes missing a leg or arm as well!! Needless to say this is irritating to the extreme!! Other than that the game runs well and seems to be fun, but I have to get this problem fixed before I go nuts!!

System specs:
Athlon 1.2
Radeon 32MB DDR with latest drivers
Windows XP
Soundblaster PCI 512 with latest drivers
768 MB RAM
IWILL KV200 Motherboard with latest drivers/BIOs
Any help would be lovely!!
