Where can I get a scroll of Ekash's Locksplitter?

I need to open a locked door and my regular "Ondushi's Unhinge" scroll won't do the job.
There is supposed to be this scroll (Ekash's Locksplitter) that opens even 100 locklevel doors and chests.
Anyone know where I can find or buy such a scroll?

Someone told me those scrolls could be found in Mannammu Cavern.
Anyone know where that cave might be?
It might be near Pelagiad but he couldn't remember for sure.
LoL, this is a quest all by itself
