how do u buy a house?

YOu cant actually buy one. You have to earn it by becomeing high enough rank in one of the 3 houses.Afterwards you need to buy the land deed then get a building contract from the duke.The houses are small and crap anyways IMO you may be better off buiding one with the editor or downloading a plugin.
