Where 2 get savegames ?

I got hit with a nasty bug where a lot of important NPC's from Oldworld have disappeared. Like Dragons/HoshPak

So, I'd like to get a savegame from the beginning of the Dragon Hunt chapter...anyone know where I can get it ?

only way that would happen is if someone in that exact place read this thread and sorry i didnt read it at about noon cause then i might have been able to help

I'm thinking about writing a savegame recovery utility. Does anyone have information on the structure of G2 saves?
