what you CAN do is.. step inside... and they will say GET OUT! so step out and they will rush to the front door... say something mean... and then you can talk to them.

Unequip your weapon and go in fight mode (fist). Make an jump kick against the door.

? i dont know what level that is but technically if you used the god mode ring trick to get your str to 1,000,000 you could kill the door if it were only that level...

Actually when the character touches the door, people inside will know about it. (For example, Fisk). So I consider that "knocking".
