This question has been answered more than once now - using the 'search' button does come in handy at times.
Nevertheless - this is what you need to do:
1) Read the magician's letter (it's on his body)
2) Use the Eye of Power on the door (you'll find it in a chest in one of the side rooms).

I have they eye but how do I use it on the dorr? Read the magicians scroll also

Go up to it and do what you would do if you were trying to open a chest.

Actually I had to choose inventory, press action on the eye and THEN try and oppen the dorr(not standing too close cause then it won´t work)

Use means press action, so Jaz gave you already the complete sollution.
