Please Help - Serious Graphics Problems

I have a :
AMD Athlon 1.4 GHz
512mb RAM
Prophet 4000 XT Graphics Card with the most up to date drivers from the site.

The problem I have is this - the inside building have been generated perfectly but the outside of the first town starting from when i first leave the boat everything i see is flooded. I can see through wall to see some 3d object and everywhere is covered with water than extends several meters from my sight then stops. I tried to take a screeny to post but PSP wouldnt capture from the game. does anyone know any changes I could make to my setting to fix this???

Have you been using the Editor? You may have accidentally 'lowered' the entire cell into the water!?!

If so, try reinstalling the game.
