how can i..............
   

open damn locks over lvl 50 cus i use a grandmaster lockpick but it still doesnt open over 45 but i was born with the tower sign

Tower sign has the ability to open locks "magically" if I remember correctly.
So go to your "magic" menu and it should be at the top of the list, select it then go back to the play screen and press "r" which is the default to ready magic, then left click the door.
Since it is an ability though it will probably only work once per game day so choose which doors wisely.
