how do i get to Tel Aruhn

Starting from Seyda Neen
Take the stilt strider to Vivec
Take the Boat (right next to the strider) to Tel Branora
Take the Boat (the options are different here) to Sadrith Mor
I think you can take the boat from here to Tel Aruhn but I usually island hop.
Sadrith Mor also has a Mage Guild so you can teleport if you like.

theres no portals to tela aruhn from the instructions you gave,

how do you island hop there
