I can't get my Uriziel charged movie to play

For some reason when i follow milten down to the ore pile, he ask me if i have the sword and the spell and then my only conversation option is end. No movie, no super sword. nutting. Now it may have to do with teh fact that i don't have the sword in my inventory, that might be a bug or something cause i have the spell. So if it IS a bug, i'm curios what the item code is for the un-activated version of this sword. If it's not the missing sword, has anyone ever run into this problem before?
