Lost Ebony Mine
   

Im not quite sure where the mine is. Is it on the east side of the river, across that rope bridge, and just a little to the east? Kinda between some rocks?

Also, if it is, where is the guy Dram Born(?), the guy thta will give you the deadric sword for the info? And what is the topic when talking to NPCs

It was annoying to find.. it tells you it's northwest of the town (caldera), but it's actually more like westnorth.. go out the north exit of the town then go almost straight west, then north a bit.. should see it.
