A little help wanted from a fellow companion

Hey you all! I'm new to these boards but I have been playing Gothic for a long time. It's one of my all time favorite games ever created by man-kind. I just wanted to know if anybody could hook me up with a saved game file that I could put in so that I would have all weapons, all armor, and high skills on a low level (in other words: everything known at the beginning of the game). It would be nice and I would really appreciate it.

I also knew a site that had this kind of thing...if anybody knew what it was please tell me. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advanced!!

Please e-mail it to me at SizzlinLatino@aol.com or yankee819@aol.com (preferable).

Welcome to the boards!

The easiest way to get such a savegame is importing your char into a new game. Inserting the Rockefeller shaman and pumping up your char with the Character Helper could also work.

You can always try these quickstart savegames.

Thanks for the link. Now responding to the other comment...how exactly do you import a save game to another? Is there any possible way to know how?

I go to marvin mode and then go to the console by pressing F2...then I typed it the commands in any possible way I could have: hero export 1, hero_export_1, hero export 1 then pressed Enter, etc. But it just doesn't work. Every other code works for Gothic like "guardian" "marin" typing "o" to take a NPCs body over. Nothing I tried worked for hero export though, what am I doing wrong? I just don't get it...im so confused...

As I understand it you have to export your hero to a file and then import the file into a new game.
