Insert the Character Helper (in Marvin mode, 'insert ch') to help you rise ins skills and the Story Helper (insert sh) to solve quests without being there for the experience (~level rise).

The story helper was wierd and I got exp on some missions but not others. The caracter help did only raise my strength to 40 from 20 and then it said end. Is that normal??? |

The character helper will only train you up if you have the skill points to train up. If you run out, then the only option left is to switch your guild.
The character helper can train you in the circles of magic if you have the skill points. Just talk to it and select the option. You might have to experiment though, it's in German.

I tried it and I got +30 in strength without skillpoints I think. |
