I didn't do it, I swear. When I left for the swamp, he was fine. I also haven't lead any creatures that way for carnage. Got back and he's a goner. I did loot his corpse though. The weirdest thing is that no one will remove the corpse, which is really starting to stink up the place. |

which guard?? A gate guard? Bridge?? One on top of the outer ring??
Never seen one killed except by my hand (or monsters I've led in..) Just curious!

I had something similar happen. The first time I played, early in the game (chap.2 I think) I found a dead guard in the middle of the Old Camp. I saved and tried loading a saved game from about 15 min. before and ran back to the same place so I could see what happened, but no one came to kill him that time.
I never did find out how did it, but I did get crossbow from the corpse early in the game. |
