Merc or Pally for my char ???

I'm a lvl 13 almost 14 two-h sword user with 60% with two h and 60 str and 21 LP.
Should i use the points for other skills or also to train my str to 90 and then train on skills ??
My best weapon is a heavy orcish axe that requires 70 str and 50 dmg so i can't use it yet!!I'm using a two h pally sword.
Where can i find the best weapon in Ch 1 ???(refer to another post if u know of one for this pls)
And my last Q is if i should choose for merc or pally ???
BTW i only need 2000 xp to gain a lvl so that i have 31 LP !!

If you want to use magic regularly choose paladin, if not, choose mercenary. Paladin magic is h--- on orcs. But the mercenary is, as someone put it, a walking slaughterhouse. You could save at this point and do both.

At your level, you could probably go after dragon slicer, but it requires 85 strength I think. But you will soon have enough points saved to use it. It's in a cave not far from Grimbold on the path to the circle of the sun where you probably found Dragomir's xbow.

Ooops, I guess you need better armor. One guy ran in and stole it I remember reading. I think he ate a snapperweed and used a swampweed at the same time.

I think you're waiting a bit long to start chapter 2. My militia character just finished chapter 2 and he's level 13 with heavy militia armor and a two handed rune sword.

well i got dragon slicer by lvl 7 i think even if i couldnt use it then but i triked away all skeletons to the huner who helpt me kill them and the shadow worriors was a bit harder case i hade to trick them away.. far away by having them run after me and then i run back to the cave and took the sword and then i run away and so i got the dragon slicer without killing the shadow warriors... I hope u understand what I just told... just trick them away... its not so hard

pally or merc? I would say go for merc the most fun is being a merc, you're good but your a badass.
It's easier as a paladin that as a merc . read it a couple of timeson this forum already. But I like the hard way
