I HAVE a question, my nord sometimes goes out in his underwear (you cant go any farther... but you could in daggerfall....) and even though HE IS WEARIN UNDERWEAR the people say, DUDE YOU ARE NUDE!!!..... i dont get it...

Would you prefer he actually went naked?  
I usually find they say stuff like 'Put some clothes on' or something like that, not actually saying 'DUDE YOU ARE NUDE!!!..... ', but I guess one day someone is gonna make a mod making people naked  |

Try running around the closest mall in YOUR underwear. See if people don't look at you funny and see if security buys the 'I'm not nude... I have underwear on!' thing. They will tell you to put some clothes on... just like the people in Morrowind do.
