| For loot or not for loot that is the question |

In many of the downloadable houses are full of loot, i find this to be wuite annoying to get a bunch of free stuff when i download a house.....not only because itmkaes it too easy and you don't have to work for the items but i usually get a house to put my hard earned stuff in and not have someone else do it for me kinda takes the fun out of it no?
post your reasons for yes or no(unless you are lazy likei normally am) |

There are houses with loots and with no loots.
I prefer no mod first time, but if I will download some house later (second time trought game) I will download house:
- without loots
- that you must buy or do some quests to get it (like that ones from Rendelius) |

I will now shamelessly advertise the Tel Uirivith Mod... It adds a couple useful features to the Telvanni Stronghold without unbalancing the game (unless you want it to, a new merchant has 32k on her).
