missing akbaa's rock from inventory!!?

ok i had a problem with buying a beer from the lady to get that guy drunk to get the key, so i did some research and then downloaded patch 1.17 i had three akbaa's rocks before i did the patch then when i got the fourth( the priest before u enter akbaa temple place after king and daughter unite) and fith is the one with tha candle on the skull. Ok i have all the i realized one was missing!!! i have check everywhere..so im gona try and download patch again, see if it will help.
