I'm at Chapter 4 and I talked to Riordian who said that Gorn is waiting for me at the Free Mine. I go to the free mine, but Gorn is nowhere to be seen! Is there something I missed?

Oh crap nevermind, I just found out that I wasn't even looking at the free mine! Lol.... ok time for more gaming..
