The Chromanin and Horatio's Question

Does anyone kno the answer to the question that the book the Chromanin asks you? You get it from the skeleton mage in the old tower thats by the shipwreck. And how do you find the answer to horatios question? If you kno, gimme an answer or somethin.

a) Climb to the top of the fog tower (the one where you found the book). Look out of the window. See another tower? Go there and climb it all the way to the top to find the next part of the Chromanin quest.

b) Go and talk to Jeremiah in the bar at the lake, yes, the bar with the bouncers.
