Guard armor after the invocation of the Sleeper, Heavy Guard Armor = never.

Heavy Guard's Armor: never, unless, of course, with marvin mode.

I found that if you cheat and get to a higher level quicker, then Stone will sell you the armor. I think I was level 35 at the time.
