RPG Vault has put up the <a href="http://rpgvault.ign.com/articles/493/493023p1.html" target="_blank">first</a> (4.45MB - MPEG) in what is obviously going to become a series of 'Ultima X: Odyssey' movies. This one is combat-themed. |

They call watching this movie enjoying the 'eye-catching visuals'. And what did they do? They cut it into half and blurred the images while converting the movie to mpeg! All other exclusive gameplay movies EA handet out were 42 seconds and wmv format. This one is only 27 seconds, mpeg format, with ING logo. mark my words; the second part will be the other half of this sequence, we should have gotten right away. And probably again with quite some loss of resolution/graphical quality. This makes me puke.

Okay, after I had stopped ranting, slamming my fists on my innocent computer, removed the foam from my mouth and banned al evil conspiracy theories from my mind... i decided to slip IGN a kind note. The movie is now up in wmv format, without the ign logo or the blurred images. Its still 27 seconds. (well maybe that _is_ the length after all)
