The noise

What is the noise i hear behide me when i am running some times?I started hearing(not seeing what it freaked me out too much)footsteps and grr noises behide me,what is it?Is it pissed off ratmen or ghost?

Unfortunately, it is just a cheesy (but effective) effect to scare you. There's no one behind you.

Footsteps

It is ratmen. After playing the game a few times, I recognized the sound as the same you here when the ratmen attack. Just a little ambience to keep you on your toes.
