No such thing as constant effect scroll. Wouldn't make sense, since a scoll "burns up" when you use it. As for amulets, there are a few in the game, but it's easier to make your own. Look it up in the forums, it's been covered dozens of times, and explained as many times.

if you dont have patch there is a good robe with constant effect with restore 15 HP and 15 fatigue every second! It is a programer mistake and it is corrected in 1.1 version.
Robe is at dungeon called Assemanu(not ASSUMANU). Its SE of Seyda Neen on a small island, hidden between trees. If you get it you are almost invincible, since its a bug, its not a cheat! hee hee |
