I'm stuck with the second task you recieve from Habassi, where you are to steal the key to one of the mansions. Due to my low sneak skill, I can't pickpocket the key from either of the persons who hold them, and I've tried killing them, which means I won't have a reward.
Is there any other way to get the key? |

Well, perhaps your character needs to improve a little before being able to complete that particular quest.
You don't expect to just move up a guild's quest ladder one right after the other, do you? |

Perhaps you could get his disposition up enough for him to hand it over?

Let me rephrase that- for at least one guy, you CAN increase his disposition enough that he'll hand the key over.
