Whoah this is a rush. Climb up onto the mountains to your left as you enter the New Mine area (before descending from the ridge). You'll find a grass covered lane going all the way to the area where the weed chemists' cave is (except way above it). Look to your right and you'll see a ridge. There is a way up onto it. Get there and make your way to edge. Look down and you'll see the swamp lake in front of the cave. Now walk back up to the pinnacle, turn around and run like hell for the ledge and jump. If you have acrobatics, you'll do an amazing swan dive about 300ft into the lake. No harm done to you at all. No need to hold the right or left arrow keys. Its very exhilarating.
