Need help with "communication" in Ushilaku Camp (S

I was able to get to the Ushilaku camp as instructed to fiond out if I am the Nevarine, but now that I am there, no one will take me to either the wise woman or the chief. All NPC's have the option to "Talk" and ask if they sent for me. Yes gets "I have not heard of this, find someone who has" No get's "They will not see you". I have tried speaking with every NPC I can find without luck. I don't know how to proceed! Any help appreciated.

Ask about the nevarine prophecies, I think first outside and then they tell you to talk to the chiefs champion(word doesnt look right but dont know how it is spelled right;)) The champion will clear the way to the chief.

There's a guy standing by the covered Yurts that will take a kwama egg as a gift and then he will let you talk to Hul-Saluul. I think there's a female that accepts saltrice as well that will allow you talk to Saluul. The various things they want can be found in the baskets in the camp btw but don't get caught stealing
