Ok ... and what about this ...

Am i able to change my skill at using the different weapons with Marvin mode ???

yes, tou can insert an character helper. console comand "insert ch".
but it will cost skillpoints.

do any one know how to get skillpoints with marvin?

There's an item called XP_Map. Insert this (it's a map) and each time you use it (=look at it), you get 1000 XP (or was it 500?). You might as well insert the Story Helper and finish quests this way to get XP.
