Thief Guild Blood Chalices quest
   

I've got all blood chalices exept for the judges... I can't picpocket him for his key for some reason.

Well... your success in pickpocketing is dependent upon your dexterity. And to pickpocket the judge, as I remember, you need atleast 30 dexterity. So raise your dexterity and try again. Good luck!
